We offer free shipping on all Cont. US orders! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-5 days for shipping. Packages are picked up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

If you are in a time crunch we recommend purchasing expediated shipping at checkout. Expediated orders will ship the next business day and arrive in 2-3 days.

We ship international! All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges determined at checkout. International orders can take up to 10 days to arrive after shipped. We typically ship USPS to avoid additional custom fees however in the case there are custom feesupon delivery, we are not responsible to cover them.

We insure all packages up to $200 that we ship. In the rare case that your package was lost or stolen in route fill out a claim form here

Returns

We accept returns on any item in BRAND new condition with original packaging and tags. Dust bag must be included. Returns can be made within 30 days of order date.

Upon approval of your return you will receive a return shipping label. Make sure to include your name and order number on a note inside your return package. If we receive a package that is not labeled it will result in a delayed refund or no refund at all.

Upon receiving your package, a team member will inspect your item to insure it is in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging is included. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed. All return shipping fees will be deducted from refund. Your return will be subject to an 8% restocking fee if it appears used, is squished in a box too small, or for failure to include required return information.

Exchanges

Yes! Elkie will offer 1 free exchange on all US orders. The quickest way to exchange a bag is to start a return through our return portal and then purchase the correct bag so it can ship out immediately.

Upon receiving your package, a team member will inspect your item to insure it is in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging is included before issuing a refund and waiving the return shipping fees.

You will recieve an reurn shipping label within 1-2 business days for you to return your bag. Make sure you include a note inside the package with your name, order, number and bag you would like to exchange for. Failure to do so will result in a delayed exchange or no exchange at all.

Upon receiving your package, a team member will inspect your item to insure it is in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging is included before sending out the new item. If there is any price differences, we will also adjust them.

Elkie & Co. provides a one year warranty on all bags. The warranty date begins from the date your order was delivered.

Depending on the individual situation, we will either send a replacement bag or pieces to replace the damaged area of your bag. If the current style is no longer available we will offer you something similar or store credit in the original amount paid.

If warranty is filed within the first 30 days or delivery, we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the original bag. Otherwise, the damaged bag does not need to be returned.

The warranty includes any manufacturer defects such as broken zippers, hardware malfunction, stitching coming undone, material flaws etc.

The warranty does not include any accidents or intentional damage. Such things may include but are not limited to, stains, spills, accidental cleaning, treatment or kids creativity 🙈

For all of our international orders we will cover $50 USD to have your bag repaired. We will not send a full replacement bag. Proof of receipts and service is required.

Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, even if it was gifted to you.

Warranty is not valid on any final sale items, or items won through a promotional giveaway.

A $10 shipping fee will be required on all replacement bags.

For all microfiber leather bags you can clean the exterior with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap if needed.

To clean the interior you can do so with a damp microfiber cloth and mild detergent. For all bags with a removable interior linning you can wash in the washing machine in a lmesh laundry bag. For best results wash on a cold gentle cycle. Hang to dry.

Elkie bags are made with a premium cruelty-free vegan leather called
Microfiber. Microfiber leather is the most eco-friendly of all leather
alternatives created without any harmful chemicals or substances. It has
a lot of similar characteristics to natural leather, however better
physical & chemical performance. Because of superior performance it
will not scratch, peel, tear, chip, or fade over time. It is also the
lightest weight of all real and faux leather options- creating a
lightweight bag. Microfiber leather is typically used in car interiors
and furniture because of its durability. It is in common for microfiber
leather to be used in the handbag industry because of its higher price
point– however we have worked hard to create a product that will
withstand the test of time and have priced our products similarly to

Yes! We ship our products all over the world. Additional shipping costs will be applied at checkout. International orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive. I highly recommend purchasing ROUTE protection at checkout in the rare case your package gets lost along the way. We are not responsible for any additional custom or duty fees.
